Neeskens is led by Tom Neeskens and his brothers. “We are truly a family business,” says Tom. “We can work quickly together and are open and honest, which works very well for us.” The company is growing rapidly and supplies major names like MediaMarkt, Coolblue, Amazon, and high-end audio stores across Europe. That growth requires a logistics partner that is equally agile. The first collaboration began out of a need for time-critical deliveries. That builds confidence,” says Tom. This attention to detail shows in practice. A notable example was during a French distribution project, where incorrectly labeled pallets were promptly identified in the warehouse by CTS GROUP staff. Everything was re-sorted and labeled on-site, preventing significant additional costs and delays.

Future: more than transport?

When asked where the collaboration could grow next, Tom doesn’t hesitate: “More trucks, because that means more products going out!” Success in distribution also opens new opportunities, such as outsourcing specific pick-and-pack activities and bulk storage to CTS GROUP. Many items in Neeskens’ assortment are imported from the Far East, often in large volumes. “If our stock is already at CTS, transport becomes even more efficient,” explains Tom. Beyond logistics, the two parties also collaborate in other ways. For instance, Neeskens supplied JBL speakers with the CTS logo as gifts for CTS GROUP employees and customers.

The collaboration is built on trust, flexibility, and mutual growth, with plenty of room to expand further.
