Track & Trace

You will receive a track & trace code for each shipment that allows you to track the shipment at any time. The shipment is given a tracking code per route from the moment of loading until delivery. As far as possible, we will note the time of receipt and the name of the person who signed for the consignment.

You can view the status of your shipment(s) 24/7 in your customer account. Moreover, we also show the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for domestic shipments in this overview. This time is dynamic and is regularly updated.

There is a small safety margin built into the durations we use. However, unexpected deviations are possible. If the duration of the shipment differs or a shipment has not been delivered, we will try to notify you immediately.

If the shipment has been refused, we will take it to the nearest depot and inform you as soon as possible. We will then discuss the possible options.

Every country has different public holidays and many countries have driving bans on some days during the summer. These changes may affect our shipment durations.

You can find public holidays of different countries on our website. Timetable changes are listed on the timetables page in your customer account.
